only wished i would have gotten the discount for having put my emails in at last order. didnt know how to get that as it had been a few months since the reminder email.
looks great. wish shipping would have been 9.99 but it was 12.99

A few of the flowers in the bouquet were broken upon arrival, and about 1/2 of them only lasted about 4-5 days. I called in asking about the 7-day guarantee, and spoke with a wonderful gal who sent another bouquet to my mother. My mother is tickled and I will be a returning customer.
While the website appears to have a nice design, I found the actual process of purchasing very tedious. As a consumer, I would like to be able to return to a previous page of selecting delivery dates, items, etc. without having to start all over. Further, shipping certainly plays into my choices, and thus I would recommend an easier shipping details viewing so future customers can ponder their options without so much fuss.

Flowers are lovely. They are fresh and delivered in tact.
Very nice selection and variety of products. However, I am always surprised about shipping costs and the the extra care and handling costs. They should be stated more clearly.

The product delivered to my wife was totally different from what I ordered,and it was delivered very late in the day
I saw the shipment charges before I did my purchase but after checkout I am seeing two delivery charges , I am being charged for standard delivery as well as sunday delivery.I selected an item that can be delivered on mothers day and the delivery charge was $14.99 so why am I being charged for standard delivery as well .

The flowwers arrive on-time but I was disappointed that many of the leaves had holes the size of an eraser head on them. I was expecting a blemish free product.

The customer service was amazing. I made a scheduling error in sending my flowers, and they fixed it with no argument, even offing to send an additional order of flowers at no charge when they couldn't cancel the first order. I was very impressed! The only downside of my purchase was that the flowers are supposed to be guaranteed for 7 days, and they wilted in 5. The customer service had been so helpful in resolving my previous issue, though, that I decided not to bother them with that issue, too.
The plethora of discount codes out there is overwhelming and makes me feel like I'm getting swindled since different codes go to different Proflowers pages and show the same flowers at different prices. I don't like dishonesty of that. Also, it would be nice if the shipping charges weren't a surprise at the end of my order. $13, while probably reasonable for flowers, is a lot to pay for shipping and handling, and I'd rather know up front that it will be part of my total purchase price. You guys do great work, though, please just be a little more upfront with pricing. Thank you!
