My computer was getting very hot. I took it to the Genius Bar and they kept it overnight for analysis. When I picked it up the invoice said they had done repairs but THE EMPLOYEE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IF ANY CHANGES HAD BEEN MADE.

An iPod Shuffle was sent w/o requiring a signature. Box was stolen from my mailbox because carrier left it unattended. Apple refused to reimburse me. Apple should provide safer shipping for ALL items, to ensure electronics are safely delivered.
